FDP on “Business Simulation”

PiMSR Research and Development Committee organised a FDP in collaboration with AIMA Biz Lab on “Business Simulation” on 7th January, 2023. The aim of the program was to educate the faculty on the importance of Business Simulation as a teaching tool. The session covered Introduction to Effective Training Strategies and ended with a discussion on various management functions that can be covered as a teaching tool. The program was led by Mr. Ashu Sikri from AIMA, a seasoned trainer in the field of education and corporate training. The key objectives of the session were to equip trainers with the latest training methodologies and tools in a simulated environment of managing the business and taking decisions. The faculty were taken through the process of understanding the software and games of Business Simulation.he trained engaged the faculty by using Interactive Training Techniques and Engagement Strategies. At the end of the session feedback was collected from the participants. Overall, the participants expressed satisfaction with the program’s content and delivery. Prof. Abhimnayu Roy coordinated the event. 22 faculty members attended the session.
