Career Counseling for all the students is conducted by the institute so that they make right decisions regarding their subject specializations and job options (job profile). To make this simple and effective institute focuses on mentoring and counseling sessions by the CRC (Corporate Relation steam) team and faculty members.
In the first semester of MMS / MBA program students are divided into the same groups of 12 to 15 small students are assigned to faculty members and they (faculty members) mentor their group of students (mentees). Discussions involve both issues and problems, challenges at the personal and academic front. Such discussions enable them to make and implement informed educational and occupational choices. In simple words, it is a journey on which people develop to make mature and informed decisions.
Toward the end of the first semester counseling sessions are conducted for all the first semester students to inform them about scope, placement scenario, options, opportunities available in a particular sector and various specializations.
