An FDP in collaboration with AIMA Biz Lab on “Business Simulation Games Practice” was organised by the PiMSR Research and Development Committee on 14th January, 2023. The program was led by Mr. Ashu Sikri from AIMA, a seasoned trainer in the field of education and corporate training. The session gave the faculty an opportunity to get hands-on experience of the Simulation games and its management related concepts. The faculty played and and practiced the online Games. The aim of the program was to educate the faculty on using the Business Simulation Games as a teaching tool. Overall, the participants expressed satisfaction with the program’s content and delivery. The Train the Trainer program was well-received by the participants. It effectively covered a wide range of training methodologies and provided valuable insights into enhancing training delivery and engagement.
