The Institute’s Innovation Committee organized a poster making competition as a part of the celebration of National Entrepreneurs Day on 25th November, 2023, Saturday and 26th November, 2023, Sunday. The theme for the competition was “Bring Your Idea to Life,” where students transformed their business ideas into visually compelling / posters. It was a different idea to demonstrate innovation through poster making depicting business plannings.
Participation:
A total of 13 participants enthusiastically took part in the competition, showcasing a diverse range of entrepreneurial concepts and innovations through poster presentations.
Judges:
The evaluation of the posters was conducted by esteemed faculties such as Prof. Subhendu Bhattacharya, Dr. Pushpendu Rakshit and Prof. Siddhartha Bose. Their expertise ensured a fair and insightful assessment of the creativity and effectiveness of each entry. Evaluation process included presentation of business ideas with innovation on posters which defines scope and sustainability of ideas. Prize declaration was done during the International Management Symposium on 30th November, 2023, Thursday but distribution was on 1st December, 2023, Friday.
Theme Reflection:
Participants adeptly captured the essence of the theme, “Bring Your Idea to Life,” through their artistic interpretations. The posters vividly portrayed the journey of transforming innovative concepts into viable business ventures.
Winners and Recognition:
The competition saw remarkable talent, making the judging process challenging. However, the winners were eventually identified based on the criteria set by the judges. The deserving participants were awarded certificates for their outstanding contributions to the competition.

Learning outcomes:
