The Research and Monitoring Committee, organized a seminar on Portfolio Analysis in Management Research on Monday, 7th June, 2021. This session was organised to help students research and identify the product portfolio strategies adopted by organizations to strengthen their position in the competitive environment. The Portfolio Analysis frameworks that were covered as a part of this seminar were BCG Matrix and Ansoff matrix. These frameworks are of relevance to young entrepreneurs and managers in gaining a better understanding of the product portfolio strategies that they may use in future . The session was conducted by Dr. Anjali Bhute and Prof. Priyanka Chattaand it was well received by students. The session was attended by 164 students and 11 faculty.
