As part of Project ‘PANKH’, the Social Service Committee Team of PIMSR organised a Reading and Vocabulary Session on 22nd September 2026 for the students of Zilla Parishad Gyan Jyoti Savitribai Phule School, Podi. The session was aimed at creating an engaging learning environment where students could improve their reading and vocabulary skills through simple and interactive activities.
The session opened with a brief interaction between the volunteers and the students. The volunteers introduced themselves and invited the students to share their names, helping to build a friendly and comfortable environment for participation.
The students were then involved in a guided reading activity, where they were encouraged to read and participate actively. This was followed by an interactive word-completion activity, in which incomplete words were presented and the students had to identify and complete the correct words. The activity encouraged participation while helping develop their vocabulary, concentration, and thinking skills.
The students participated enthusiastically and showed interest throughout the session. The activities made the learning process more enjoyable while also allowing the volunteers to interact with the students and understand their learning needs.
Overall, the session was a meaningful and engaging learning experience that combined education with interaction and active participation.
