On 25th November 2022, the Social Service Committee of Pillai Institute of Management Studies and Research organized a Session on “CSR Initiatives of Kotak Education Foundation”. Ms. Sucheta Rege, Manager -Kotak Education Foundation addressed the gathering of 179 management students on this occasion. Kotak Education Foundation (KEF) was set up in 2007 with the intention of supporting children and youth from underprivileged families through different education-based interventions and skill-training programs. Ms. Rege spoke about their unique “The Spoken English Programme” where the native speakers are taught and trained on the art of English Speaking & Conversation Skills with the objective of making them more confident while communicating and facing job interviews. The event was coordinated by Dr. Anjali Bhute.
