Mr. Vinod Madhavan, Vice President (Business & Strategy), Clootrack conducted the session for the students pursuing management studies at PiMSR on 31st August, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. 178 students attended this engaging session. Mr. Vinod Sethumadhavan has over 25 years’ experience in Business Leadership, Marketing, Sales Training, Consultancy & Business Transformation. His recent assignment was a leadership role heading a Rs. 60 Crore Services company into Mobility Solutions in India with over 9 Branches and 150 team members. He has successfully Sold, designed, implemented and run award winning Demand generation programs for Fast Moving consumable Industry like Paints, Lubes, Steel and the similar. He has considerable experience in Advisory & Consulting foreign companies into Indian Market Entry and helping them realize value and potential of the Indian Market. Mr. Madhavan is a visiting faculty at Mumbai University on Global Business Strategy and business communication. He is a keen badminton player and an avid book reader who is also involved in a lifelong personal mission of the study, protection and teaching of traditional Vedic education and Vedanta. Mr. Madhavan started the session by sharing multiple Business mantras that create great business leaders. He shared the importance of learning skills from all the domains of business. The interactive and engaging session focused on encouraging young minds to become avid readers. He emphasized the importance of understanding all aspects of business, developing self-confidence, having a winning attitude as well as learning a new language. He also emphasized the importance of being technologically proficient. Becoming a Lifelong learner was the main takeaway from the session. Event concluded with insightful knowledge being gained by young management students and felicitation of the guest by Dr. Celina Joy.
