Ms Vrushali Nilakhe, Training and Placement Manager at PIMSR conducted a Session on “Attitude Plus” for the MMS students on 30th August, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at the Campus Auditorium. 59 students attended the session. Ms. Vrushali Nilakhe is an educational professional with a degree in management. During her fruitful journey of 17 years, she has worked with various institutions handling key profiles covering functional areas – placements, corporate relations, business development, marketing, apart from teaching, mentoring, guidance and faculty coordination. She is currently working as Training and Placement officer at Pillai Institute of Management Studies and Research, New Panvel handling the responsibility of activities related to internship and placements of MMS / MBA and PGDM students.
Ms. Vrushali began the session by explaining the importance of developing a positive attitude for professional and personal success. She explained the future of work and the expectations from the corporate sector which has a dynamic and changing environment. The ability to multitask and be a good communicator and a team player would be crucial for success. This session was very interactive, informative and helpful.
