Dr. Anjali Bhute, Assistant Professor at PIMSR conducted a Session on “Aptitude Building For Placements” for the MMS students on 30th August, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. 67 students attended the same. Dr. Anjali Bhute is an Assistant Professor at PIMSR who brings along with her close to 2 decades of rich academic and research experience. She is a post graduate in Commerce, Management and Economics and holds a Ph.D in Management (Finance) from Nagpur University. She has also qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC in the faculty of both Commerce and Management in her first attempt. She has been a university rank holder and is a gold medallist in MBA. She began the session by explaining the importance of building aptitude for landing a successful job in the corporate sector. She explained the different types of aptitude tests that are conducted during interviews. She also informed the audience on the kind of questions mainly asked in interviews and how to prepare for the same. She highlighted the importance of reading newspapers and solving problems on a daily basis to build the academic rigour. It was a very useful and knowledgeable session that the students appreciated.
