Innovation Ambassador Dr. Celina Joy with her team arranged a field visit to the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) on 1st February, 2024 for students. Mr. Golwalla of Golwalla Group of Companies gave a demonstration of the various port operations including warehousing, terminal operations, container freight stations and explained the role of Special Economic Zones (SEZ) in global trade. Dr. Daphne Pillai and Ms. Yvette Lee, Directors of IWFCI India National Chapter accompanied the students. The students are pursuing a certificate program in collaboration with PiMSR and IWFCI India and has a participation of 98 students.
