PiMSR MMS First Year Students Industrial Visit to Goa – 20th – 24th February, 2012
Industrial visits are part of the MMS course curriculum. Like every year this year too Mahatma Education Society’s Pillai Institute of Management Studies and Research, Navi Mumbai organized the industrial visit for the first year students of the Masters in Management Studies Program to Goa, from 20th to 24th February, 2012. They visited Cipla Pharmaceuticals, Bharatgas and Coca Cola India and Bharatgas over the span of five days.

It was not all work and no play for the students of PiMSR. During the five day period the students also visited popular beaches of Goa such as the Baga, Calangute and Anjuna where they enjoyed water sports. They also visited the famous Aguada Fort, Mangeshi Temple and St. Francis Church, Bom Jesus of Basilica. The River cruise on the third day was a fun affair where the students and the faculty were treated with the popular local dance forms and songs.
The visit to Goa was an enriching experience for the students of PiMSR as they were introduced to the manufacturing processes of three of the biggest names in the respective industries.
