PiMSR organised a Guest Lecture on 1st September, 2015 on the topic of “Performance Management Systems & Training and Development” for students specialising in Human Resources. The session was conducted by Ms. Sonal Raj, Sr. General Manager – People Strategy, Indofil Industries Ltd. The session was very interactive and appreciated by all. Professors, Dr. Celina Joy and Dr. Betty Sibil organised the session and were present for the same.
