The HR Club organised a Guest Lecture by Ms. Shweta Tirpude, Senior Manager, People Strategy – Indofil Industries Ltd. on “Performance Management” at Indofil Industries. Second year MMS students pursuing their specialization in Human Resources and a few students from first year MMS attended the session. Ms. Tirpude shared the history of Indofil Industries and the various challenges faced by the HR department over the last few decades. She also spoke about the performance management systems, the appraisal systems and the linkages to rewards and career development. She shared tips on making a first good impression at interviews.
