A research workshop on the topic “Industry Analysis Frameworks in Management Research” was conducted on Monday, 9th May, 2022 by the Research and Monitoring Committee for the management students. This session was organized to teach the students about the importance of identifying the environmental factors that have an effect on conduct of any business. The Industry Analysis frameworks that were covered as a part of this seminar were PESTEL analysis and Porter’s Five Forces model. Knowledge of these frameworks will help them to write the project report by first understanding the external environment that is an integral part of business. The session was conducted by Dr. R. Chandran and Prof. Balashankar Ramadas. The session was attended by 186 students and faculty members.
