Workshop on “Business Simulation – Finding Solutions to Entrepreneurial Problems through Simulation”

PiMSR students enthusiastically participated in the Inter-collegiate Entrepreneurship Simulation Competition organised by Pillai Centre of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in association with Asian Institute of Family Managed Business (AIFMB) on 24th January, 2019. The simulation was authored and facilitated by Prof. Jaishankar Talreja, a practitioner (CA from Ernst & Young) who teaches & mentors 150-200 Entrepreneurs from family businesses every year. During the event, the participants got first-hand experience of running a start-up i.e. taking decisions that an entrepreneur would in real-life and learning from their mistakes. The winning team from Pillai Institute of Management Studies and Research was awarded INR 10,000 and the runner-up from PCACS was awarded INR 5,000. All the participants were given certificates from AIFMB.
