Round 1: The Treasure Hunt
The first game, Treasure Hunt, began at the Atrium, where the HR Club members briefed the teams. The teams were handed the first clue, setting off a chain of puzzles to solve, which led them from one location to another. The grand finale of this round was at the college Auditorium, where the top seven teams that successfully navigated through the clues earned a spot in the next round. However, to add to the excitement, the HR Club decided to include an additional team, making it a total of eight teams advancing to the second round, FIGUREITS.

During this break, the HR Club kept the audience entertained with lively activities, including Chinese whispers, while chanting the energizing slogan: “Let’s Go, Let’s Grow, HR in the Flow!”

Round 2: Figureits
In this brain-teasing game, each team had to decode phrases by solving number-encoded blanks. The teams needed to think quickly and accurately, as both speed and precision were rewarded with extra points. The game was intense and required collaborative problem-solving. Ultimately, the top 8 teams moved on to the final round, setting the stage for an exciting climax.

Final Round: Role Play
The final and most anticipated round was Role Play, where the participants tackled real-life corporate case studies. This round tested the teams on multiple dimensions—leadership, communication, and management knowledge—requiring them to strategize and deliver under pressure. Each team was given three minutes to prepare a role play based on the case, showcasing their teamwork and analytical skills.

The teams were evaluated by a distinguished panel of judges, Prof. Balashankar Ramdads and Prof. Prasenjit Yesambare, on four key criteria: Communication, Presentation, Analysis, and Teamwork. After an intense and captivating round of role plays, two teams emerged as the top performers.

Winners:

  • 1st Prize: The Team who stood 1st was awarded with appreciation certificates and a cash prize of ₹1500.
  • 2nd Prize: The Team who stood 2nd was awarded with appreciation certificates and a cash prize of ₹1000.

Conclusion:
The event concluded with an inspiring speech by Dr. R Chandran, Director of Pillai Institute of Management Studies & Research, who emphasized the importance of such activities in honing management skills and fostering leadership qualities. A vote of thanks was delivered by a member of the HR Club, acknowledging the efforts of everyone who contributed to the event’s success.
