PIMSR’s Research and Development Committee organized a Research Workshop on the topic “Company Analysis Frameworks in Management Research” on Tuesday, 18th April, 2023 for the management students who are currently doing summer internships. The objective of the session was to help students research and identify the internal factors of a company that have an impact on its overall functioning and that lead to the competitive advantage that they possess. The Company Analysis frameworks that were covered as a part of this seminar were BCG and Ansoff Analysis. Better alignment of internal factors can also be a source of sustained competitive advantage for their organizations in future. These two tools were important to help in product pricing and product differentiation. The session was conducted by Prof. Satish Nair and Prof. Priyanka Chatta was well received by students. The session was attended by 160 students and faculty.
