The session was a part of the Leadership and Entrepreneurship Series by the Business Leadership League titled Fuelling Ambitions, Shaping Futures. The objective of the session was to encourage students towards innovation and entrepreneurship. Mr. Chadha shared his journey into entrepreneurship and spoke about the opportunities and challenges that came his way. He then went on to speak about Prototype & Development.

In the realm of product design and innovation, prototyping and development are critical phases that transform ideas into tangible products. Prototyping involves creating a preliminary model of a product to test and refine its functionality and design. This iterative process helps identify potential issues and user feedback early, minimizing costly changes during later stages. The development phase follows, where the refined prototype undergoes rigorous testing and modifications to ensure it meets all technical and market requirements. This phase includes scaling up production, finalizing design details, and preparing for market launch. Effective prototyping and development reduce risk, enhance product quality, and align the final output with user needs and business goals. For management students, understanding these stages is crucial for leading successful projects and driving innovation. Mastery of these processes ensures efficient use of resources, timely market entry, and competitive advantage. 72 students, four faculty members and 4 external guest faculty were present for the event. The benefit of the session was that students understood the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship. The session was followed with a panel discussion.
