Mr. Ashish Nagpurkar, CHRO at Jet Freight Logistics Ltd conducted a session on “Personal Excellence” on 5th September, 2023 at the Auditorium of Pillai Campus for the students pursuing management studies. 178 students attended the session. Mr. Nagpurkar is a distinguished HR professional with over 24 years of work experience, marked by pivotal leadership roles in leading business organizations like Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd., Polycab, Garware Technical Fibers Ltd. and Jet Freight Logistics Ltd. His experience spans Corporate HR, HR strategy, HR operations, HR ERP system implementation, talent management, succession planning and learning and development.
Mr. Nagpurkar began the session by explaining the leading factors that help us to achieve personal excellence and also the factors which restrict us from achieving it. He explained the steps to Personal Excellence namely; Self Evaluation, Identifying Key Skills sets, Know What you Love, Plan Life and Career Goals, Action plan followed by Focus and Practice.
The interactive session saw students engage with him, gaining insights into his remarkable journey, the challenges he surmounted and the values he deems crucial for budding management students .The event concluded with heartfelt gratitude and felicitation of the guest By Prof. Vrushali Nikalje.
