The Operations Management Club consisting of students from both MMS as well as PGDM successfully conducted a structured, activity-based event titled “Operations Masters” designed to enhance student’s managerial aptitude, problem-solving ability, and operational thinking. The event was held on 1st December 2025 in our auditorium and was made up of four competitive rounds, each assessing specific competencies relevant to the field of management.

The programme commenced with Identify Logo & Taglines, where participants answered 25 brand-related prompts. Based on performance, 20 students advanced to the second round. The Scrambled Words round required contestants to solve a minimum of 12 out of 20 jumbled words within five minutes, leading to the selection of 12 students for the next stage. In the third round, Word Chain, the shortlisted participants were divided into two teams and tasked with forming continuous chains of management-related terms. One team of six students qualified for the final round. The concluding round, High IQ Puzzle Solving, evaluated individual speed and accuracy, and finally the first and second winners were ranked accordingly.

Students of MMS and PGDM , Operations specialisation, managed the event with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. Despite the large number of contestants, they ensured smooth coordination, timely transitions between rounds, and a fair, transparent evaluation process. Their teamwork, leadership, and commitment significantly contributed to the success of the event.

The event was conducted seamlessly and witnessed active participation from students across PIMSR & PBS department. It provided an excellent platform for experiential learning, quick decision-making, and collaborative engagement.
