On 15th October, 2024, the Social Service Committee Team of PiMSR conducted a session on the basics of essay writing and vocabulary development for the students of Zilla Parishad Gyan Jyoti Savitribai Phule School in Podi, as part of Project ‘PANKH.’
The session primarily focused on revising the fundamentals of essay writing covered in a previous meeting. Engaging activities were designed to strengthen the students’ memory and enhance the public speaking skills of the 6th-grade participants.
For the 7th-grade students, the focus shifted to basic grammar concepts, including nouns and verbs. This session was structured as a game, making the learning process enjoyable and effective, while also preparing the students for their upcoming Scholarship Examination. Both the 6th and 7th graders appeared to enjoy the interactive and playful learning environment, as evidenced by their enthusiastic participation and engagement with the learning session.

Overall, the session successfully engaged students and equipped them with essential skills in essay writing and grammar. The interactive approach fostered enthusiasm and confidence, laying a solid foundation for their future academic endeavors.
On 10th October, 2024, the PiMSR Social Service Committee conducted a session under Project ‘PANKH’ at Zilla Parishad Gyan Jyoti Savitribai Phule School in Podi, focusing on enhancing English speaking skills and vocabulary for 7th-grade students.
The session included a review of synonyms and antonyms, along with essay recitation to boost retention and public speaking abilities. For 5th-grade students, an interactive activity aimed at recalling the names and spellings of body parts, animals, flowers, fruits, and vegetables was implemented to strengthen their vocabulary in preparation for the upcoming Scholarship Examination.
The session was led by MMS students: Ms. Anuradha Sharma, Mr. Joseph Philip, Mr. Mangesh Shirsat, Ms. Nisary Prasannan, Ms. Siddhi Vijay, and Mr. Sangram Kolekar.
