Under Project PANKH, the Social Service Committee of PIMSR conducted an educational session on basic English Grammar and Mathematics on 11th December 2025 for the students of Zilla Parishad Gyan Jyoti Savitribai Phule School, Podi. Recognizing the vital role of language proficiency and numerical ability in academic success, the session aimed to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students could actively participate and strengthen their foundational skills.
The key objectives of the session were to enhance students’ understanding of basic English grammar concepts and improve their mathematical abilities. The session commenced with student self-introductions, followed by interactive explanations of core topics such as Parts of Speech, Synonyms and Antonyms, Tables, and basic Calculations. These concepts were taught through examples and practice-based activities to strengthen memory, improve accuracy, and develop confidence in both communication and numerical problem-solving. Students were also encouraged to provide additional examples, reinforcing their understanding through active involvement.
Students responded positively to the interactive approach adopted during the session. They demonstrated improved clarity in identifying grammar components and showed greater confidence in performing mathematical calculations. The inclusion of games and participative exercises made learning enjoyable and effective, leading to higher engagement levels. Overall, the session helped students strengthen their foundational grammar and mathematical skills while fostering enthusiasm for learning.
The session was successfully conducted by MBA students Mr. Nawaz Shaikh, Ms. Sandhyarani Sabat, Ms. Anjalee Nishad, and Ms. Pragati Nalawade, whose efforts contributed significantly to the learning experience of the participants.
