As part of Project ‘PANKH’, the Social Service Committee of PIMSR conducted an engaging Session on Basic English Grammar and Vocabulary on 8th October 2025 for the students of Zilla Parishad Gyan Jyoti Savitribai Phule School, located in Podi.
Understanding the critical role of grammar and vocabulary in academic development, the session was designed to be both educational and interactive, targeting students of 4th and 5th standard. It began with a brief introduction, followed by simplified explanations of essential grammar concepts. Students were guided in forming meaningful sentences using given words, helping them understand sentence structure and language flow.
The session also included reading short stories to improve comprehension, pronunciation, and listening skills. To make the learning process more enjoyable, a fun word game was organized, which not only entertained but also enhanced the students’ vocabulary and engagement.
The overall aim of the session was to boost students’ confidence in using English effectively, while fostering an atmosphere of joyful learning. The students responded enthusiastically, actively participating in activities and expressing their enjoyment, especially during the interactive games.
