On 11th September 2025, Dr. K.P. Gopal delivered an insightful lecture on the “ABC of Management” at the auditorium from 2:00 p.m. to 3:15 p.m., with 230 participants in attendance. The session explored the core principles of management, emphasizing the importance of leadership, decision-making, and adaptability in a dynamic business environment. Dr. Gopal shared several real-life management stories to illustrate the challenges faced by managers and how they can be overcome with strategic thinking and effective communication. One particular story about a multinational company’s success in overcoming communication barriers between culturally diverse teams stood out, reinforcing the significance of understanding human dynamics in management.
