On 11th September 2025, Dr. K.P. Gopal delivered an insightful lecture on the “ABC of Management” at the auditorium from 2:00 p.m. to 3:15 p.m., with 230 participants in attendance. The session explored the core principles of management, emphasizing the importance of leadership, decision-making, and adaptability in a dynamic business environment. Dr. Gopal shared several real-life management stories to illustrate the challenges faced by managers and how they can be overcome with strategic thinking and effective communication. One particular story about a multinational company’s success in overcoming communication barriers between culturally diverse teams stood out, reinforcing the significance of understanding human dynamics in management. The session was highly motivational, with Dr. Gopal urging students to develop soft skills such as emotional intelligence, confidence, and resilience, alongside their academic knowledge.
