The Operations Management Club organized an impactful event that brought together students, faculty, and a prominent real estate entrepreneur Aasma Sayed to share her inspiring journey. The event aimed to motivate and educate students through a combination of interactive sessions and intellectual competitions.

The chief guest, Aasma Sayyeda budding real estate entrepreneur and proprietor of Zaminwale.com, took center stage and captivated the audience with her compelling story of struggle and success. She shared the challenges she faced in the competitive real estate industry as well as from a conservative family background and how her determination, resilience played a pivotal role in overcoming obstacles. Her narrative resonated with the audience, providing valuable insights into the practical application of operations management principles in a dynamic business environment.

She emphasized the significance of efficient processes, resource optimization and continuous improvement. The session served as a source of inspiration for students, encouraging them to apply operational strategies not only in their academic pursuits but also in their future professional endeavors.

Following the motivational session, a debate competition was conducted where students engaged in discussions on contemporary issues related to operations management. The debate provided a platform for students to articulate their viewpoints, develop critical thinking skills and explore diverse perspectives on relevant industry topics. The winners were Nupur Dalvi, Abhishek Nair, Ashutosh Dubey and Sahil Agarwal.
