PIMSR Conducts LeadSpeak Camp at Franav Farms!!!
PIMSR organized the ‘LeadSpeak Camp’ for MBA and PGDM Semester II students at Franav Farms on 9th and 12th February 2026. The programme was coordinated by Faculty Coordinator, Prof. Farha Hassan in association with Student Activity Committee and active involvement of faculty members from PIMSR. The goal was strengthening students’ communication, leadership, and team effectiveness in an experiential learning environment.
The camp featured a series of communication based activities, team-building games and leadership tasks designed to enhance collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. A highlight of the event was the Communication Battle, where students participated in structured speaking challenges to improve their confidence, clarity, spontaneity, and persuasive abilities.
Students were also engaged in interactive communication activities that focused on public speaking, group discussions, storytelling, and situational expression. In addition, a farm exposure, nature walk, outdoor sports, swimming, etc. provided a refreshing outdoor setting that encouraged informal learning, reflection, and team bonding.
Throughout the programme, faculty members mentored and evaluated students on their participation, communication effectiveness, and overall engagement.
The ‘LeadSpeak Camp’ successfully provided a dynamic platform for experiential learning, helping students build confidence, strengthen interpersonal skills, and develop essential competencies required for professional success.
