A Guest Lecture was organised for the 2nd year MMS (Finance) students at Conclave, Dr. K. M. Vasudevan Pillai Campus on 19th October, 2013.

Mr. Abhishek Lahoti and Mr. Pratik Bhatia, Chartered Accountants from KPMG addressed the students on Legal Compliance’s, due diligence reports and tax and regulatory aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions. The lecture was well received by the students.
