The Research and Development Committee at PIMSR organized an insightful session on Case Study Methodology as part of the Faculty Development Programme. The session was conducted on 17th July 2025 at the Conclave, 3rd Floor, and was facilitated by the esteemed trainer Dr. Alka Agarwal.

This session was designed to equip faculty members with practical knowledge and skills to effectively use and write case studies as an impactful teaching and research tool. The session began with an explanation of what constitutes a good teaching case and its significance in enhancing students’ analytical and decision-making abilities.

Through a hands-on and interactive approach, participants engaged in drafting their own case study papers under expert guidance, making the learning experience both meaningful and outcome-oriented.

The session successfully blended theory and practice, empowering faculty to adopt case-based learning strategies in their classrooms and contribute to academic literature through research publications.
