The Cultural Day Programme of Pillai Institute of Management Studies and Research was conducted on 17th October, 2016 in the college auditorium with great pomp and celebration. On that day, the entire campus stood out in a festive and colorful manner.
Preparations to make the Cultural day a great success this year involved the active coordination of both junior and senior MMS students, part of the Cultural Day Organizing Committee, who under the consent and guidance of the faculty members made sure that all students from their respective classes actively took part in various activities that were to be performed.
Students came dressed in their traditional attire and made the day a colorful and joyous one. It reminded us that we live in a land of diverse traditions, customs and practices and yet we are united as citizens of a great nation. The function revealed various aspects of our diverse culture before the audience.
To conclude, the cultural day programme was greatly enjoyed by students and faculty members alike. It was a memorable day.
