The Certificate Programme in Banking, Finance, and Insurance (CPBFI) conducted its Orientation Seminar on 12th April, 2025, through an Online Session from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., 96 Student attended the online session. The session was led by CA Sushant Parakh, a seasoned professional from Bajaj Finserv, who served as the lead trainer for the event.
Mr. Parakh began the session by warmly welcoming all the participants and introducing the vision and structure of the CPBFI Programme. He emphasized the critical importance of this 100-hour industry-aligned training course, particularly for graduates aspiring to build careers in the BFSI sector. He highlighted how the programme is designed to bridge the employability gap among fresh graduates, especially in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, through modules covering attitude, skills, and industry knowledge.
During the session, Mr. Parakh also detailed the upcoming schedule of the programme, including the structure of the three main course modules: Attitude (Managing Self), Skills (Communication and Workplace Skills), and Knowledge (Banking, Finance, and Insurance). He also introduced the experiential and practical approach of the course, aiming to boost students’ confidence and industry readiness.
The seminar concluded with an engaging Q&A session, where Mr. Parakh addressed the students’ queries and encouraged them to take full advantage of the programme to enhance their employability and career prospects.
Overall, the session was highly informative and motivating, setting a strong foundation for the upcoming training modules of the CPBFI Programme.
