In an unprecedented year marked by global challenges and social distancing measures, the MMS alumni community successfully adapted to the new normal by hosting the “MILAAP 2020” Online Alumni Meet. Despite physical barriers, the event, held on 5th December, 2020, brought together alumni from across the globe, united by the shared bond of their alma mater. The theme of the meet remained unchanged: “Let us get together to reminisce old times and talk about the future,” reflecting the enduring spirit of the alumni.
The event commenced with a warm welcome speech by Dr. Betty Sibil, where she emphasized the importance of connection, especially in times of adversity. She spoke about the resilience and unity of the alumni community and the significance of coming together to celebrate their shared history.
Dr. R. Chandran delivered an inspiring keynote address. One of the highlights of the event was the unveiling of the new Prayaas logo, symbolizing the spirit of service and philanthropy.
