A Guest Lecture on “Deal Structuring in Mergers and Acquisitions” was delivered by CA Abhishek Lahoti, Associate Director, M & A & PE Tax at KPMG on 28th October, 2017 at Conclave. MMS students from the Finance stream attended the session. The two hour lecture was very informative and enriching.
