It began with a simple and clear introduction to the biological process of menstruation, emphasizing the importance of maintaining proper hygiene during menstrual cycles. Key aspects covered during the session included correct usage and disposal of sanitary pads, maintaining personal cleanliness, adopting a nutritious diet, and understanding normal physical symptoms experienced during menstruation. Real-life examples and interactive explanations further enhanced their understanding and comfort with the topic.

The participants responded positively, actively engaging in the discussion, asking questions, and sharing their experiences. Many students expressed that the session was highly informative and boosted their awareness and confidence in managing menstrual health responsibly.
