As part of the FDP initiative, an insightful Session on “Leadership” was conducted on 19th July 2025. The session aimed to strengthen leadership skills among faculty members and enhance their classroom and institutional effectiveness.
The FDP was facilitated by Ms. Divya Sawant, an accomplished communication and leadership trainer with over two decades of experience in faculty development and corporate training.
The FDP focused on:
- Understanding different leadership styles and their classroom relevance.
- Strengthening decision-making and interpersonal communication.
- Building executive presence and handling conflict in academic settings.
- Aligning leadership skills with NEP 2020 pedagogical guidelines.
- Enhancing mentoring and coaching capacity among faculty.
Faculty participants expressed high appreciation for the session’s engagement, real-life relevance, and practical strategies shared.
