The Corporate Relations Committee under the flagship of PRAYAAS organized a Guest Lecture Session for MMS and MBA first year students on 7th March, 2022. The topic for the Session was – “Be the Leader of Your Own Self”. The guest speaker was Dr. Vijay Deshpande – HR Advisor, Global Business, JK Tyres.
Dr. Deshpande has overall 34 years of work experience in Human resource management and development. The session was insightful and quite informative. It emphasized on how to lead your life, how to take decisions in life, be confident and to know about self. During the session Dr. Deshpande shared a lot of wisdom from his personal learning and experiences. The inputs students got from the session will definitely help them in their life.
