Intrapreneurship is the skill of acting like an entrepreneur within an organization, it is an attitude and mindset that is valued and encouraged in almost all companies these days. Because intrapreneurs bring creativity into their work and add value to the company. Pillai Institute of Management Studies and Research (PiMSR) conducted the “Corporate Readiness and Career Pathways” (CRCP) Session for the MMS Students on “Cultivating an Intrapreneurial Mindset for the Workplace” on 27th October, 2020. Dr. Priam Pillai, speaker for the day shared his insights on how the management students can develop an intrapreneurial mindset and the skills required to function as an intrapreneur in the corporates. He emphasized the need for maximizing limited resources and solving problems cost-effectively. The session was anchored by Shajo Raju and Jeena Cherian, members of the CRCP Student Committee.
