Mr. Indra Narang- Ex Deputy Dean & Prof. of Marketing, Trainer, MSB Navi Mumbai conducted a workshop on “RESILIENCE” for the management students of PIMSR on 6th September, 2023. Mr. Indra Narang is a M.Sc from Punjab University and holds a diploma in counselling. He is a true blue industry stalwart, with 4 decades of unparalleled experience spanning multiple domains. He has contributed to the growth and success of exemplary organizations like Winthrop, Pharmed Ltd., Dr. William Schwabe, and Perkin Elmer India Ltd. to name a few. he has held positions of Business Development Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Training Manager, Senior Business Associate etc in these organisations. He has worked as a freelance journalist and had his articles published in DNA Mumbai. He is also an astute academician and has handled the responsibility as Deputy Dean and Prof of Marketing at MSB Navi Mumbai.
Mr. Narang started his session by emphasising on the importance of resilience and assertiveness in navigating life’s challenges. With eloquent anecdotes and insightful wisdom, he underscored how resilience enables individuals to bounce back from setbacks, while assertiveness empowers them to communicate their needs and boundaries effectively. His words resonated, inspiring the audience to embrace these qualities as indispensable tools for personal growth and success. He effectively engaged the audience to perform an act on various scenarios where assertiveness is essential to achieve a win-win situation between both the parties. The session ended with a a big round of applause. 172 students attended the session.
