A two-hour interactive Workshop titled “Defining Your Values, Shaping Your Vision” was conducted by Dr. Betty Sibil and Dr. Celina Joy for the four batches of MBA students between 22nd and 25th July, 2026. The objective of the workshop was to focus on self-awareness, personal growth, and purposeful career planning. The workshop encouraged students to reflect deeply on their personal and professional identities through a series of guided exercises. Participants identified and documented their strengths, weaknesses, core values, long-term goals, daily habits, and personal aspirations, enabling them to gain greater clarity about the direction they wish to pursue. A key highlight of the workshop was the development of an individual vision statement, where students articulated the kind of person and professional they aspire to become. The reflective writing activities fostered introspection, helping students recognize the connection between their values, habits, and future success. The workshop provided a meaningful opportunity for students to build self-awareness, strengthen their sense of purpose, and lay the foundation for intentional personal and professional development. The students were requested to paste this vision board in their area of study at their homes and reflect on it everyday. The workshop was interactive and meaningful with the 145 students enthusiastically participating in the same.
