Speaker- Mr. Sandiran Kaunder, CEO at Zigya Technology Lab Pvt. Ltd. conducted a session on “Time Management” for the students pursuing management studies at PiMSR on 5th September, 2023 at 11.30 a.m. Mr. Sandiran Kaunder is a seasoned IT professional renowned for his expertise in Time management. Mr. Sandiran kaunder started his professional journey as a senior IT officer with Tower Capital and Securities Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2000 and is presently working as a CEO at Zigya Technology Labs Pvt. Ltd. Sir has worked in top organisations such as Tata AIG Life Insurance, Accenture, Virgin Mobile India, Maersk Global Services centres and a few others. Sir boasts of a rich experience in Planning, Project Management, Implementation and Operations of Information Technology Projects with successful record of delivering before time and within Budgets assigned. His insights on various aspects of time management have been instrumental in helping various individuals he has trained in the past.

Effective planning is at the core of his strategy involving meticulous tasks lists and project breakdowns. He highlighted the importance of setting goals and objectives to direct daily efforts. He mentioned setting realistic deadlines adds urgency and focus to tasks. He also said delegation of authority is crucial for efficiency, allowing individuals to leverage their team’s strengths. Prioritising tasks based on importance, often using techniques like the Eisenhower matrix, is a cornerstone of his approach to time management. Mr. Kaunder stressed the significance of allocating the appropriate time to each activity, promoting balanced workloads and optimal productivity.
