As part of Project ‘PANKH’, the Social Service Committee Team from school of Business of Pillai University organised a Mathematics Quiz Session on 8th October, 2026 for the students of Standards VII and VIII at Zilla Parishad Gyan Jyoti Savitribai Phule School, Podi. The session aimed to make mathematics enjoyable through fun and interactive quiz activities.
The session began with a brief interaction between the volunteers and the students, followed by a series of mathematics quizzes designed to test their basic mathematical knowledge, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. The questions encouraged students to apply their understanding of mathematical concepts and think quickly to arrive at the correct answers.
The students participated enthusiastically and remained active throughout the session. Their excitement and eagerness to answer the questions created a lively learning environment. The activities also encouraged quick thinking, concentration, and confidence while helping students develop a positive attitude towards mathematics.
Overall, the session provided an engaging learning experience that combined education with fun, allowing students to practise their mathematical skills beyond the traditional classroom setting.
