As part of Project ‘PANKH’, the Social Service Committee Team of PIMSR organised a Reading and Dictation Session on 29th September 2026 for the students of Zilla Parishad Gyan Jyoti Savitribai Phule School, Podi. The session was aimed at created an opportunity for students to practice reading in a comfortable and encouraging environment where students could improve their hindi vocabulary, listening, and word-building skills.

The activity began with a brief interaction between the volunteers and the students. The volunteers introduced themselves and interacted with the students to create a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. The students were encouraged to participate in the activity and feel comfortable.

The students were first involved in a Reading Activity, where the volunteers provided Hindi Passage and the students read them aloud. The activity helped the students improve their Hindi reading ability, pronunciation, fluency, and confidence. The volunteers guided the students wherever required and encouraged them to read the Passage clearly. The activity gave the students an opportunity to practice reading aloud and become more comfortable with the Hindi language. It also helped the volunteers understand the students reading abilities and identify areas where they required additional support.

The students participated enthusiastically and actively took part in the activity. The activities made the learning process more enjoyable and created a positive classroom environment, while also allowing the volunteers to interact with the students and understand their learning needs.

Overall, the session was a meaningful and engaging learning experience that combined education with interaction and active participation.

The session was conducted by MBA student volunteers Mr. Akshay Nair, Ms. Trupti Moolya, and Ms. Tanishka Shinde.
