PRAXIS 2026 – SIP Contest

The PRAXIS 2026 – SIP Contest was organized by the Research & Development Committee (RDC), Pillai University School of Business – PG, with the objective of recognizing and celebrating outstanding Summer Internship Projects (SIPs) undertaken by students. The contest provided a platform for students to showcase the quality of their research, practical learning, analytical skills, and application of management concepts gained during their internship.

Round 1 – SIP Report Review
The first round of the contest involved a review and evaluation of the submitted SIP research reports. A total of 23 nominations were received from students across the School of Business. The submitted reports were evaluated based on the quality of research, relevance of the study, clarity of objectives, methodology, analysis, findings, and overall presentation.

Following the evaluation, 9 students were shortlisted for the Final Round of PRAXIS 2026.

Final Round
The Final Round was conducted on 3rd September 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Conclave 2. The shortlisted participants presented their SIP projects before the evaluation panel. The final round provided students with an opportunity to demonstrate their understanding of the research undertaken, communicate their findings effectively, and respond to questions related to their projects.

The presentations reflected the students’ efforts, research orientation, practical understanding, and ability to connect their internship experience with academic learning.

The PRAXIS 2026 – SIP Contest successfully provided a platform to identify and recognize students who demonstrated excellence in their Summer Internship Projects. The participation of 23 students, followed by the shortlisting of 9 finalists, reflected the enthusiasm and research orientation of the students.

The Final Round highlighted the students’ ability to present their research work with confidence and demonstrate the practical application of their learning. The achievement of the winners is a reflection of their dedication, research efforts, creativity, and commitment, as well as the valuable guidance and mentoring provided by their faculty mentors.

The Research & Development Committee successfully conducted the PRAXIS 2026 – SIP Contest, with active participation from students, finalists, winners, and faculty mentors. The initiative provided a valuable platform for students to showcase their research work, practical learning, and analytical skills.
