Personal Assessment Test (PAT) Session

A step towards self-discovery and professional readiness, the Personal Assessment Test (PAT) Session was conducted for First Year MBA Cohorts, on 23rd September, 2026 as part of the institution’s ongoing placement preparation and student development initiatives. The announcement of the session created a sense of excitement and curiosity among the students, who were eager to discover what the assessment would reveal about their personality, professional strengths, behavioral attributes, and areas for improvement. The session was having 250 to 270 student during the assessment program.

With students looking forward to experiencing a professional assessment process, the session provided an opportunity to move beyond conventional academic evaluation and gain deeper insights into their own capabilities and workplace readiness. The PAT was conducted through an external professional agency, giving students valuable exposure to an assessment environment similar to those encountered during corporate recruitment and selection processes.

The session encouraged students to approach the assessment with an open mind and genuine interest in self-reflection. Their enthusiasm and active participation reflected their growing awareness of the importance of personality development, professional preparedness, and self-awareness in achieving career success.
