The PIMSR Book Club organized an engaging Faculty Book Review Session for the faculty of the School of Business (PG), Pillai University, on 31st July 2026 at Conclave, Pillai University.
The session featured insightful book reviews by Dr. Betty Sibil, Dr. Shikha Singh, Dr. Mahesh Ranade, and Prof. Subhendu Bhattacharya, who shared their perspectives and key takeaways from their selected books. The presentations encouraged meaningful discussions and offered diverse viewpoints on literature, learning, and its relevance to personal and professional development.
The session highlighted the importance of reading in fostering continuous learning, critical thinking, broader perspectives, and professional growth. It also provided a platform for faculty members to connect through shared literary interests and exchange ideas beyond the classroom.
