Dr. Betty Sibil, Associate Professor and Dr. Celina Joy, Professor at PIMSR conducted a day-long workshop on the topic “Leadership, Professional Excellence and Personal Effectiveness” for the teachers of Agnel School of Law, Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 8th July, 2026. The workshop was designed to empower faculty members with the knowledge, skills, and mindset required to excel as educators and academic leaders. Through interactive sessions, exercises and group work, the workshop was able to foster leadership qualities, enhance professional competencies, strengthen communication and interpersonal skills. It also helped to promote personal effectiveness in achieving academic and institutional goals. 16 teachers attended the session. During the feedback session, the participants mentioned that the workshop was reflective in nature and helped them to reflect on their professional responsibilities and develop strategies for continuous growth and excellence in higher education.
