Our college had the privilege of hosting an Essay Competition organized by the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) on the theme “Vigilance is Our Shared Responsibility.” The event aimed to encourage students to express their ideas creatively and critically on the importance of vigilance, integrity, and ethical behaviour in both personal and professional life.

The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from over 100 students representing various departments. Participants explored the theme in depth and presented their understanding of how vigilance fosters transparency, accountability, and good governance in society.
Through this competition, students not only honed their writing, analytical, and reflective skills, but also deepened their understanding of their roles as responsible and vigilant citizens. The essays reflected diverse perspectives, originality, and maturity of thought, showcasing students’ awareness of real-world ethical challenges and their commitment to integrity.
