The inauguration of the MBA Batch 2025–27 at PIMSR was held on 9th September, 2025, at the institute’s Auditorium, marking the beginning of a new academic journey for aspiring management professionals. The day-long program was thoughtfully designed to welcome students into the PIMSR family and introduce them to the culture, values, and academic rigor of the institute.

The ceremony began with a warm welcome, invocation, and the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by an introduction to the institute. A key highlight of the morning session was the inspiring address by Dr. R. Chandran, Director, PIMSR, who emphasized the importance of culture, discipline, and perseverance in the making of successful leaders. He reminded students that while academic excellence is important, it is character and values that create lasting success.

The event was further enriched by the presence of Mr. Vimal Pillai, Head – Strategy and Marketing, Clover Infotech, who served as the Chief Guest. In his engaging address, he spoke about the importance of student life as a foundation for future achievements. He shared his mantra for success, highlighting consistent hard work, adaptability, and the right mindset as essential elements in building a meaningful career.

Post the formal inauguration, the students experienced a well-curated series of sessions including an introduction to campus life, motivational videos, faculty presentations, and interactive discussions. The program also showcased “Life @ PIMSR” through a vibrant video, introduced students to clubs and committees, and provided guidance on academic structure, discipline guidelines, and orientation activities.

The inaugural day concluded with reflections and takeaways, leaving students motivated and enthusiastic to embark on their MBA journey. The ceremony was not just a formal commencement, but a celebration of ambition, values, and the promise of success.
