The students of the HR CLUB organised a Session on Career Guidance “My First Steps in HR”. The speaker at the event was Ms. Shreya Shetty. Ms. Shetty is an HRSS specialist at Citi and is an alumna of Pillai Institute of Management Studies and Research of batch 2018-20. Ms. Shetty explained her initial journey as a young graduate to her current position of HRSS specialist at Citi. In her talk she spoke about the parameters that she kept in mind while making essential career decisions and choices. She was able to guide students with regards to the preparation that is required from them as they embark on their professional journey. Approximately 25 students attended the session.
